B@zic Blue offers Remote Support services for Windows and Linux systems. We are hesitant to call it helpdesk, because it is so much more.
With our remote support application, we are able to assist you anytime, anywhere. Just download the application and run it. There is no installation, no configuration and nothing to delete when we are done. We do not open a backdoor into your system that allows us to connect at will: It is YOU that initiates the connection.
Our remote support application can also be used on servers, so if you need server level support, this is a very easy way to get immediate, professional grade support on server configurations.
No hassle, affordable support
Our remote support services are based on credits. You buy a number of credits and for every support call on your account, the number of used credits are removed from your account. One credit is good for 15 minutes or any part thereof.
